Another Resident Evil movie? Please say it's not true

If the horrible rumours are true then W.S Anderson is going to be bringing another Resident Evil movie our way by September 2010. Perhaps motivated by the recent success of Resident Evil 5, he spoke about it in an interview recently where he shocked Resident Evil fans by telling us that he had been working on scripts for a fourth big screen version of the popular computer game.

The next movie could be set in Tokyo and Alaska where the latter, if you remember, was the destination of the small band of survivors, and it seemed that Tokyo was one of the strongholds of Umbrella where the holographic Wesker was in command, and criminally underused in the whole bloody trilogy.

Still, a fourth movie will give them a chance to fix many of the mistakes they made with the others. That or give them an opportunity to screw things up even worse.
