GTAIV no longer the top

GTAIV has broken all kinds of records since its release, and has proved pivotal in the spin campaign being waged between Sony and Microsoft as they battle for the no.2 spot in the console market. Wii is so far ahead in sales that neither company has launched any really credible attack on it.

So now, at last, the biggest entertainment release of all time, the game to make the Guinness book of records, has been knocked off the no.1 spot. By Lego Indiana Jones. No, seriously.

In a week where Lucas studios have been making the headlines for firing huge numbers off staff who have in turn been leaking development pipeline stories, it seems at least one thing is going well for them. Following on the success of Lego Star Wars, the indiana jones movies have been given a dose of cute and released. And it seems our appetites for sugar-coated movie replays hasn't been satisfied yet, as Lego batman screenshots have emerged over recent times.

However, it is worth watching, as previous GTA titles have reclaimed this spot after losing it to a newer release.
