Burnout Paradise gets an update

Criterion has confirmed that Cagney, the latest Burnout Paradise update, is on its way to PSN and Xbox Live next month.

As of Thursday 10 July at 9am GMT, you\'ll be able to download the major update that bring a number of changes to the game.

The previous update, Bogart, came out last May and fixed a number of problems and glitches.

The Cagney pack promises to continues to patch the game, but also adds the following:

* 3 New Freeburn Game Modes: Road Rage, Stunt Run and Marked Man
* 70 New Freeburn Challenges: Including multi-part challenges and Leaderboards
* Two new vehicles - a Hunter Olympus and a secret Criterion Car
* Four new liveries - Rossolini, Tempesta Dream, the Oval Steel Racer and Inferno
* Hippie Van and a secret Criterion livery
* Ranked Race Changes
* Custom Soundtrack support for PS3
